Come enjoy some playful time while also enhancing your TFCBT skills with children and adolescents!

Keeping ourselves and our clients engaged in trauma work can be a challenge.  Utilizing play and play materials across all components of TFCBT helps add creativity and new affective associations to the trauma material.  During this advanced TFCBT training, we will be discussing and practicing creative, playful ways to teach coping skills; facilitate a narrative; process the trauma and engage caregivers in this work.  No matter the age, play, laughter and creativity can enhance the use of TFCBT and create a foundation of self-care for clinicians.  Please come and bring your favorite books or play materials to share so we can all leave energized and ready to play!
