
Session 3C: Managing your MDT Meetings with NCATrak

MDT meetings are planned, conducted, and documented in different ways throughout the country. The NCAtrak case management system provides your CAC a robust tool to manage your MDT meeting needs, and this session is all about using this feature to its fullest potential. You will learn how to schedule meetings, create rosters of cases to be reviewed, and conduct the meeting allowing for real time documentation of outcomes.

Gary Cossaboom is the NCAtrak Manager at National Children’s Alliance. As an IT professional with 25 years of experience, Gary has provided advanced training and consulting to thousands of corporate and government clientele around the globe. At NCA he works closely with a team of individuals and vendors to ensure the security, functionality, and development of NCAtrak, as well as managing the NCAtrak department within NCA. Gary works with the NCAtrak team to provide technical assistance, develop and deliver NCAtrak training programs, and ensure that the NCAtrak department is responsive to the needs of the field.

Rhonda Wurgler

Rhonda Wurgler is the NCAtrak Specialist for National Children’s Alliance (NCA). Prior to joining NCA Rhonda was an Executive Director of a Child Advocacy Center and a Deputy Sheriff in Medina County, Ohio. In addition to her twenty plus years of serving her community in those capacities she has also served on many task forces, councils, not-for-profit boards and is currently a member of her local school board. Her experience and knowledge of CACs, Multidisciplinary Teams, and of the technology needed to assist them daily in their work provides CACs across the country valuable technical assistance. In addition to providing technical assistance with NCAtrak Rhonda also develops and delivers NCAtrak training programs to assist CACs with their important work of helping children.
