NCA values growing a strong and innovative workforce. By partnering, collaborating, and convening, NCA provides education and training opportunities to nurture a best-in class workforce that strives to reflect the children and families it serves. As part of our strategic planning process, our field identified the need for growth in several areas:
Creating leadership training opportunities for current CAC staff looking to advance their careers in the CAC movement and prepare for promotional opportunities.
Creating career pathways to increase the availability of mental health clinicians in CACs.
Creating career pathways to increase the availability of qualified medical providers in CACs.
Meetings: Every 2nd Thursday beginning December 12 from 2:00p – 3:00p EDT
