A key priority of this project is empowering CAC leaders. The Leadership and Learning Working Group focused on developing targeted training opportunities for current CAC Directors and CAC staff seeking to grow into leadership roles within the movement. Insights from a national leadership development survey highlighted the importance of equipping leaders with the skills to foster strong teams, promote retention, and drive meaningful change.
