Special Agent Matthew Haywood is the Division Chief of the Family & Sexual Violence Division at the U.S. Army Criminal Investigation Division Headquarters, overseeing investigations related to sexual assault, child abuse, and domestic violence globally. Leading a team of 14 agents, his division manages over 6,000 investigations annually, provides training in special victim investigations, and collaborates with federal partners. Special Agent Haywood, has served in CID since 1994 and brings extensive experience from various roles, most of which were directly related to special victim investigations.

SA Lauren A. Ware is currently the Deputy Director, Air Force Office of Special Investigations, Headquarters, Strategic Plans and Requirements, Law Enforcement, Quantico, VA. In this capacity, she leads the personnel and projects governing the policy, training, resources and assessments enabling AFOSI’s execution of its worldwide law enforcement mission to investigate major crime affecting Air Force and Space Force personnel and resources. She also serves as the program manager for AFOSI’s Child Forensic Interviewing Program.
