Do NCA grant-funded attendees need to attend a minimum number of sessions in order to submit the registration cost as part of a grant report?
NCA grant representatives and NCA grant-funded attendees must attend the equivalent of one session per breakout session. The virtual conference consists of six sessions, and grantees must attend at least six (6) workshops and complete the workshop evaluation for each in order to receive credit. Do grantees need to complete their workshops and workshop evaluations by a specific date?
Grantees will need their attendee certificates to upload with their report following the end of the conference; grantees may not submit for reimbursement of this expense until the conference has ended and the certificate is received. Knowing this, grantees should plan accordingly by having their grant-funded attendees complete their sessions in enough time to collect documentation for the appropriate reporting deadlines. In order for the expense to be approved, all NCA grant-funded attendees must attend a minimum of six (6) sessions and upload their certificate of attendance with their grant report. When can I access my certificate?
Conference attendees ( In-person & Virtual) can access their certificates starting June 8, 2022 until September 30, 2022. Attendees must have a least 1.00 credit to view/print/download their certificate.
Conference attendees must complete at least 30 minutes of each workshop and complete the short workshop evaluation after each session they attend by September 30, 2022. Conference attendees will not have access to workshops or workshop evaluations after September 30, 2021, and the conference certificate will only include credit for completed workshop evaluations.
I am attending the conference in-person. How will I receive credit and view my certificate?
In-person attendees will scan their name badge as they enter each session. The workshop evaluation will be availbile for completion 2-4hrs after the conference attendee has attended the live in-person session. All attendees can access the workshop evaluation from the workshop session page. Each session will appear on the conference certificate once the workshop evaluation is complete.
Will I receive credit for watching workshop recordings?
Yes, conference attendees can access the conference site until September 30, 2022, and can continue to watch workshops and receive credit. The conference certificate will only include credit for completed workshop evaluations.
I attended the session in-person and the evaluation is not available online. What should I do?
It may take 2-4hrs after attending a session in-person to access the workshop evaluation. Please notify the conference staff at the conference registration desk or send an email to leadershipconference@nca-online.org with the session number (example 3D) if your workshop evaluation is unavailable after 4hrs.
I completed the workshop recording and the evaluation is not available. What should I do?
It may take the system some time to recognize you have completed the required component. Please give the system time to update, and if the issue persists, please send an email to leadershipconference@nca-online.org with the session number (example 3D).
Who should I contact if I am experiencing issues with my certificate?
