RFP FAQs


Yes, if you were a 2026 grantee, you can apply to a new category in 2027. Be sure to review our Grant Eligibility Chart HERE. Each CACs eligibility, and the number of RFPs they can apply to depends on their NCA membership level.
An Organizational ID number is associated with member organizations. For those who are unsure of their membership status or in need of their number, please contact membership@nca-online.org to request your organizational ID.
If your organization is NOT listed in the NPO Connect (this is primarily applicable to government entities - most CACs should be listed) then Click on "Add Organization" and follow the data entry prompts which include: Organization Name; Unique Tax ID; and Address. Once your organization is added, the application will be displayed.
Refer to the ‘RFP Addendum #001 – Grant Reporting Requirements’ in the back of the RFP (or by clicking HERE) for information regarding reporting on NCA awards. Most NCA grant awardees are required to submit program and fiscal reports quarterly.
Yes, depending on your eligibility. However, projects and budgets must be distinct and cannot overlap. Visit our Grant Eligibility Page HERE to learn more.
No. Costs must fall within the approved grant period in order to be eligible for reimbursement.
