OMS Part One: Introduction & Best Practices for Collecting Feedback Webinar
Learn to implement the Outcome Measurement System (OMS) program at Children’s Advocacy Centers, including the purpose and benefits of the program, the topics measured, and recommendations for distributing surveys to families and team members. The training is designed for a broad audience, including centers considering joining or just getting starting with OMS, new staff at CACs already participating in the program, and experienced staff needing a refresher on best practices.
OMS Part Two: Creating Reports & Sharing Results Webinar
Learn to view survey results from families and team members, create reports, and think of ways to share results with staff, teams, boards, partners, funders, and the public. We will include a demo navigation of a sample reporting dashboard like those available in Qualtrics for participating CACs, State Chapters, and Regional CACs, including any newly added features.
